CCM has introduced their new Extreme Flex 4 line to revolutionize the extremely popular line of goalie gear. With the new blocker CCM has aimed to reduce the weight, improve the strapping and redesign the thumb protector.

External Material
CCM uses their SpeedSkin material on the Extreme Flex 4 Pro Blocker, as it has became their main skin unless order custom. This skin promotes better sliding along ice to increase speed and efficiency.

Palm Material
The blocker uses Nash material once again to provide durability and grip without sacrificing comfort and feel of the skick. The blocker palm tends to feel tight and stiff until the first ice where it loosens up almost immediately.

Side Hand Protection
CCM has redesigned the inside thumb protection on the E-Flex 4 Pro blocker. Staying consistent with the familiar Lefevre shape, the new thumb design increases protection and coverage for bringing the blocker in tight for saves.

Cuff
The new E-Flex 4 blocker has a segmented and adjustable cuff for comfort and natural feel.

Hand Protection
The hand protection stays similar to the previous blockers from CCM with moderate finger protection that protects from shots without sacrificing control and mobility. CCM also uses D30 smart foam on the index finger for added protection.

The blocker comes in White, Black, White/Black/Red, White/White/Black, and White/White/Blue.
