The Bauer 2X Pro senior composite goalie stick is an evolution of the Vapor line that goes above and beyond what the 1X stick was able to offer the goaltender. With an extremely light weight of 1.6 lbs (26”) the 2X Pro provides the same great puck feel and pop that the 1X was loved for, but in a much lighter package

Shaft Construction
The shaft of the 2X Pro senior goal stick uses a composite construction with a carbon weave layer for reinforcement and durability.

Paddle Construction
The paddle of the 2X Pro stick uses the brand new ACL technology that Bauer is offering. This Advanced Carbon Layering is a new way of laying the carbon fiber to decrease weight and increase the pop of the stick. THis ACL tech is key to an optimized flex profile that is focused on the goaltender’s ability to play the puck.

Blade Construction/Stiffness
The blade 2X Pro uses some of the latest and greatest to provide a stiff and extremely light blade. The 2X Pro stick offers an Asymmetrical Textreme construction, which is extremely lightweight and stiff, and supports this with an Aero Foam 3 core. This core is exceptionally durable and will give the greatest performance for a blade that is so light and stiff.

Graphics
The 2X Pro stays with a mostly white base and is available in four colours at retail. White/Black, White/Blue, White/Navy and White/Red. More colours are of course available at custom, but still white a white base.

Grip
The paddle shoulder of the 2X Pro composite stick offers a very familiar feel for goalies that have used Bauer sticks before. The Griptac control zone allows for unparalleled control over the stick during play, however does not get in the way of poke checks due to its limited size.

Blade Patterns, Paddle Lengths
The senior variation of the 2X Pro will be offered in 3 different sizes. 25”, 26” and 27”. As well the stick will only be offered in a single curve at the retail level, which is P31. More curves such as P34, P20, and P30 are available at the custom level.
